Initial QuickBooks Online Setup (New Company): $300-$600/one-time

Starter Package: $150–$250/month
- – Ideal for freelancers and sole proprietors
- – From 1 to 3 bank/credit card accounts
- – Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- – Categorization of transactions
- – Basic financial reporting (Profit & Loss)
- – Email and phone/text support
Core Package: $250–$400/month
- – For small LLCs or small service-based businesses (no payroll)
- – Everything in the Starter Package, plus:
- – From 3 to 5 bank/credit card accounts
- – Customized monthly financial reports
- – Zoom video call support
Growth Package: $400–$600/month
- – For businesses with employees or high transaction volume
- – Everything in the Core Package, plus:
- – Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management (modified cash-basis accounting only)
- – Payroll coordination
- – Sales tax filings
- – Monthly Zoom video advisory call
Full-Service Package: $700–$1,000+/month
- – For inventory-based businesses, businesses producing audited financials, or companies requiring financing
- – Accrual-based accounting method (GAAP compliant)
- – Advanced AP/AR and budgeting support
- – CPA collaboration, as needed
Optional Add-Ons
- – QuickBooks Online monthly subscription: TBD based on current Intuit pricing
- – Payroll Processing: +$100–$150/month

Catch-Up and Clean-Up Bookkeeping Pricing
Pricing is based on the volume of work, number of months, and number of accounts involved.
Catch-Up Bookkeeping (Existing Company)
- – 1–3 months: $500 – $900
- – 4–6 months: $900 – $1,500
- – 7–12 months: $1,500 – $2,500+
- – Over 12 months: Custom quote required
Clean-Up Bookkeeping
- – Light Clean-Up (few errors, 1–2 accounts): $300 – $600
- – Moderate Clean-Up (multiple issues, 3–5 accounts): $700 – $1,200
- – Heavy Clean-Up (major reconciliation issues, 6+ accounts): $1,500+
Catch-Up/Clean-Up Optional Add-Ons
- – Payroll Catch-Up: +$150 – $400
- – Sales Tax Amendments: +$200 – $500
- – 1099 Filing Corrections: +$20/form
Ad Hoc Accounting Requests – $100–$150/hour
- – Hourly rates are based on the scope, complexity, and volume of the requested work
- – The Minimum Billing Increment (MBI) is 15 minutes.
